3. File Storage and Retention

Uploaded files and generated output files are stored temporarily in order to complete the conversion process and deliver the result to you.

  • Files are not intended to be stored permanently
  • Files may be deleted automatically after processing or after a limited retention period
  • Temporary metadata and processing status records may also be removed automatically

We reserve the right to retain limited technical logs when necessary for security, debugging, or legal compliance.

4. OCR and Third-Party Processing

To provide document conversion services, we may use third-party infrastructure and APIs, including cloud storage and OCR providers. Your uploaded document may be transmitted to those providers strictly for the purpose of processing and conversion.

These providers may process your data according to their own policies and applicable laws.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Ziina. We do not store your full payment card details or other complete financial credentials on our servers.

We may retain limited payment references such as payment intent identifiers, payment status, pricing tier, and transaction timestamps in order to confirm access and prevent abuse.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption where supported
  • Restricted server access
  • Temporary file handling and automated cleanup mechanisms
  • Use of established cloud and payment providers
